Firstly, please understand what SoloLearn is. It’s a free mobile service that teaches you programming and maybe other stuff. I learned Java, Ruby, Python, HTML, CSS, JS, PHP and SQL from SoloLearn apps. It’s not a university or college. The certificate simply gives the user a clue that they have completely utilized whatever they were offered for free. It’s not a real certificate (you may think it to be from the signature of the director on the certificate, but that’s purely a confirmation/assurance that whatever you are taught is genuine). If you, after completing a SoloLearn course, go to W3Schools Online Web Tutorials and see what they have to offer for free, you’ll see that you only know 40% of W3School’s tutorials.
So SoloLearn’s certificate definitely does NOT have a value in the real world. It’s just similar to a “THANK YOU FOR USING OUR SERVICE” message.
